Гибридная ценная бумага, соединяющая в себе черты традиционных обеспеченных ипотекой облигаций и обычных ценных бумаг, выпускаемых на базе пула ипотек или других кредитов; представляет собой долговое обязательство эмитента с фиксированным купонным доходом и графиком платежей и в то же время является полностью окупаемым финансовым инструментом со средним сроком обращения, равным или меньшим сроку существования неделимого пула ипотек, который служит ее обеспечением.
